I have seen lots of build threads from the members here for a while. Honestly, I love them!! Keep it up!

My question is this... Can I/anyone start a build thread? Is there a minimum set of anything (posts/mods/fans/groupies/requests/lift-inches/winch-capacity/etc.) that someone must have to start one?
