It's always a strange thing quoting yourself but I'd like to show you guys the "final mod". I dual cased it two weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I can handle all those hard trails up north now. lol
It was bench tested then put on the trans jack:

Next it was shifter work:
After the driveshafts arrived I put them in and put the console back together:
It's all working perfectly. I've got a trip coming up to really test it out but if there's still interest in a Sept Rubicon run I'd like the heads up.

I keep forgetting that going over the obstacles looks way more impressive from the outside. From the inside you just see your nose going up and down lol.

Man, was it smokey in the mountains this weekend. Went exploring for a swimming hole and came across this bridge only to find the swimming and fishing hole all fenced off with "No Trespassing" signs all around. Later, we found out that there are some property owners trying to keep everyone out, but cannot obstruct access to the water. Next time.
Later on in the day, [MENTION=106195]v_man[/MENTION] and family happened to be staying around the corner from us, so, had to crack a cold one and decide to set-up a plan to wheel soon.

Had some fun (not really) removing and replacing front and rear diffs over the weekend. Put in 13 hours on Sat to get them both installed, man what a chore .
Was it worth it? Well... Now I can't go much faster than 65 mph on the highway, but going fast is overrated anyway. I have selectable lockers in front and rear now... So there's a plus.... I didn't have to pay the 1G service quote local shops were quoting me...
So yeah I'd say it was worth it.
Now to start shopping for some dirty-fives... Or should I just skip it and got to thirty-sevens?
Pro tip: don't hit your pinky with a dead blow.

Poker flat trail has a lot of old sites.
Yeah, that's not a trail you or me want to run past the lake.
