Lift came out great, congrats on truck of the month!

they did disconnect the XREAS...I showed them where to do so and they verified that on one of those All-Data type web pages....I cant remember the name...started with an "M" I think.

I guess I don't understand. Why would you disconnect the XREAS? Isn't the whole idea of a spacer lift so you can keep the XREAS intact? What is the advantage of disconnecting it?
Do the shocks act the same when disconnected?
Edumacate me.

its disconnected only to remove the strut so the spacer can be added with a wall compressor. once the spacer is added, xreas is reconnected.

the ride seems the same to me...I love it!

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. I thought it had been left disconnected.
I think the 2/1 lift is about perfect.

This is what I want to do with my ride. I hesitate to do the lift though. I do not want to screw up the nice ride that comes stock. It looks so much better though, and would open up a few trails that I'm not too hip on using right now due to clearance. Any good tips in so. Cal (anyone?) for where to get the cornfed lift installed? Dealer will not install it, yet I already received, in writing, a letter from my local dealer's service manager that this lift would not effect my warranty, so that is a plus.

I have 16" wheels, and would like to go to 265/75R16 Revo's for that extra 1/2" lift as well.

I have the 1/1 Cornfed spacers because I still wanted some of the rake but you've made me rethink that choice.

BTW, the Cornfed spacers don't alter the ride characteristics that much from stock (at least mine didn't).

thanks man....the pics of your rig w/the lift really inspired me to do it...I'm absolutely happy with it...I dont feel the ride has been changed at all...this thing handles like a dream!
