Nut & Bolt size question

For anyone who has used this space under the hood (behind the passenger side headlight), I'm seeking some info regarding the appropriate size of bolt to match the existing nuts built into this plate in the engine compartment (photo attached)...

While I had the truck in for service the other day, I asked the service and parts departments, but they where clueless.

You could always buy a few metric bolts at lowes or home depot of various sizes, walk out to your 4runner... screw them in and if they work, let everyone know which size they are...

(I don't know for 100% but I'd guess same the bolt holes along the driver side in the engine compartment that a lot of people use to mount their aux light relays... probably 8 x 1.25 if I had to guess)

It's a 12mm x 1.25 or 1.5. Sorry I can't tell you the pitch. But if you go to your local HD or Lowes, you can get those bolts pretty easily. I would get how ever many you need in both pitches and just return the ones you don't use. They'll cost all of $.23 ea.
