NWOR Header install???

Kind of a newbie here but I have had my 4runner for a few years now, 94, 4x4, 3.0 5 speed. I am now in a better situation (graduated from university) that has allowed me to buy some new headers and start having fun with my 4runner. I decided to go with the NWOR headers since they seem to have the easiest installation as well as a custom fit for the 4runner as well as the quality of their headers, though I was a bit apprehensive due to reviews on this forum about the guy who runs the place. However he was helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions and told me the detailed instructions were easy to follow. I am expecting them next weekend and want to change them as soon as possible. I cannot find anyone on here that has installed NWOR headers on their classic 4runner or detailed instructions on how to do it. Does anyone have any pointers or things that I have to look out for? (heat wrapping, moving things etc)

I was not going to do full headers, just the crossover mod.
Any way...
I was unable to do so because the self locking nuts on the manifold are seized to the studs. Take your time trying to remove them as they will strip easily.

I think the biggest problem will be removing the passenger side exhaust manifold...
Otherwise, I would just install the new headers and then look for anything that needs to be moved or wrapped.
