O2 Sensor bolts

I just installed the much talked about on here DENSO 02 sensor (up front) on my '97 4runner, however the kit did not come with any bolts! Where can I get the stock replacement bolts (the old ones were so rusted that they just feel apart). I put temporary bolts on both sides, however on one side the bolt does not go all the way down to the 02 sensor, leaving a very, very tiny gap between the 02 sensor (and gasket) and the pipe. Will this cause any performance issues or damage to any part of the exhaust?

There are no 'bolts' involved--it's nuts on studs in the flange, unless someone removed the studs and threaded the holes for bolts. If that happened, you are on your own. If you meant to say 'nuts' instead of 'bolts', the thread is M8-1.25 and any stainless steel nut will do from Lowe's or HD. The Toyota part no. is: 90179-08059. Lots of places on-line have them, just google the number.

The studs are threaded M8 1.25 on both ends, so a bolt will fit in there just fine if the studs came out. I ended up using a bolt from autozone in mine.

I used the M8 1.25 stainless nuts from the local hardware store. Also used a stainless lock washer. My toyota nuts were so rusted I wanted tory try stainless.

I actually checked on them the other day. After 6 months they are tight and look good.

Ressurecting an older thread since there's not much out there about these. Do you happen to know if the studs are equal length on both ends, or one is shorter? I'm looking at either the Dorman 675-330 or 675-579, but I haven't yanked the exhaust pipe off yet to remove the stripped original stud. Since the stupid things aren't available separately and the m8x1.25 studs are $22 a pop, I am hoping to find out ahead of time.

Resurrection again. Hey, did you happen to find out the measurements of the O2 sensor studs, or a part that worked? Maybe not ideal, but wouldn't the right length m8 1.25 bolt and washer combination work if the stud is removed? It might be a pain to get lined up. I have a 99 that spent 12 winters on salted roads, going to try replacing O2 sensor for MPG reasons and anticipating problems with the bolts. Would like to have parts ready for mechanic buddy to avoid any downtime in vehicle service. Plus, there has got to be a bunch of 3rd Gen owners that will benefit from the info. #RustSucks

I ended up removing the rusted out studs and replacing them with the m8x1.25 bolts. I forget the length, but they are pretty short.
