O2 sensor code p1135

Like all other post, my engine light and both vsc lights came on. Took 4r to parts store, ran code, came up with this print out.....

P1135
Fuel sensor heater circuit response. ( bank 1 ^sensor 1)

Problem cause
Open short circuit condition
Poor electrical connection

So how do I check my connections other than unplugging and plugging back in at the o2 sensor?
Check at fuse panel?
Relay?

O2 sensor wiring problems are usually at the sensor. The wiring could be damaged, the plug could be corroded. Inspect the wiring and the plug.
