So my 06 4runner sr5 4.7 has a check engine light, vsc off, vsc Trac, and traction light on. Had it scanned and is popping P0174, p0171, c1253, c1249, c1246, c1223, c1201 codes. Any ideas.

I had very similar issues which I fixed with the a new brake light switch. I've shared this in other forums and I thought I'd add it to this one too for anyone that might find it useful.
I got the following two codes when my lights came on:
C1223: Malfunction in ABS Control System
C1249: Brake Light Switch Circuit Malfunction
I got the code descriptions from the following website: http://alflash.com.ua/OBDII/DTCe1.pdf
The second code relating the brake light switch is key so I went to O'Reilly's and got the following part: Import Direct Ignition 18-1827 - Stoplight Switch | O'Reilly Auto Parts

I have read other threads. Heard of the zero calibration, bad gas cap, bad o2 sensors, faulty emissions canister, etc. Going to the dealer tomorrow to see what they say.

Was told I need a brake light switch and 2 o2 sensors. Hopefully this fixes the issue. Sucks they won't have the part until tuesday. Ice is gonna get bad here in midland, tx. Really need my abs and traction control.

Hmm... It could be those components.
Without further data, it'd be difficult to determine on here.
P0171- Bank 1 Too Lean
P0174- Bank 2 Too Lean
C1253- Pump Motor Relay Malfunction
C1249- Open In Stop Lamp Switch Circuit
C1246- Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor Malfunction
C1223- ABS Control System Malfunction
C1201- Engine Control System Malfunction
The C1201 is set as a result of the P0171 & P0174, it's set automatically when a OBDII DTC is set.
The other DTCs relate to a possible issue in the Master Cylinder Control system, as well as the stop lamp switch. It's hard to make a judgement call with such a limited amount of information at hand. The Lean DTCs and Stop Lamp switch could be the parts; but that doesn't explain the other DTCs relating to Master Cylinder Assembly.
Let us know how it works out.

Replaced the brake switch and 1 of the 02 sensors. The other is back ordered and won't be in until tuesday. So far so good. Reset the lights so hopefully that fixed it.

Update
Replaced the mass air flow sensor, upstream o2 sensors, downstream o2 sensors, and the brake switch. All I'd good now. Also double checked all of my vacuum lines. Dont know if it was related but found a bad clamp. Did all of that, reset the lights. And it's been about 2 weeks and they are all still off. No more codes. Expensive but it's fixed. Thank God my wife works at a toyota dealership. Loving her employee discounts.
