OEM CV Pricing

I was looking to find a part number for the spring clip on the end of the inner CV and noticed that the online OEM parts dealers have VCs listed under $200 with a $75 core. Anyone know what is going on with this. Are the selling remans now too?

If I recall correctly, I paid $175 at the local Toyota dealer for my trail spare, no core charge. It's a reman, and I got a 15% mechanic discount.

I was under the impression that it was for the whole cv axle. The parts that run under $200 are the 2 parts in the diagram labeled by #9 which make up the inner joint.
