A couple notes: I used ToyotaPartsZone because their listings are easy to follow and link. Other sites like Camelback Toyota probably have better prices but are harder to link to one individual part. Also, in the compatibility lists you might not see your vehicle in the list immediately. You must click "See All Vehicles" to expand the listing.

Edit: I actually found a different part number for the one for the inner hub. I wonder what that snap ring is for? Same thing maybe? Also, new part number for LBJ bolts w/washers are listed. Old part number was replaced per websites details.

Better than looking at diagrams and guessing that is what it is pointing to.

So LBJ bolts w/ washers: 90119-10933 should be used instead of LBJ Bolts: 90080-10066 eight in all to do both sides? I'm planning on doing mine next week (starting to hear a popping sound).

Negative. Reverse that

What other parts would you like to see? I'm trying to keep certain parts together in one thread. That way when someone not necessarily a member to the site searches Google for this particular stuff they can find this thread. If I do a mass part number thread it's only beneficial to people on the site.

Might as well buy a new knuckle/spindle and have a shop assemble it since it requires the bearing to be pressed in. Take the old one off and put the new one on.

That was my plan. I assume the removal and install is straight forward?

All my parts just arrived, including knuckles, bearings and seals. Now I just need the time to wrench!

Yup, pretty straight forward. Just start taking stuff off 1 by own and eventually it will be free. Only tricky part is getting the bolt to the upper ball joint out. It's in there pretty good and hard to get a device around the UCA to press it out of there.

I wouldn't buy a new knuckle, they are quite expensive. A used one maybe, which is what I did but only because I found some for very cheap.

I would recommend you just make sure you have all the tools lined up for this, like the press, the press jigs to press out the hub and bearing and press the new one in. Check my build thread in my signature to see some of the jigs I made for this job. With the right jigs, I could do this replacement pretty quickly, but without the jigs (the first bearing I did I didn't have the jigs made yet) it is very difficult.

If you have a welder, you can make any jigs you need for this pretty easily with angle iron from Home depot.

which LBJ bolts?

I looked at both the 90080-10066 and the 90119-10933 on Camelback. They have both.

90080-10066 is listed as bolt, flange
90119-10933 is listed as bolt w/ washer

Which one is the correct part for the LBJ install on a 99 4wd?

The bottom one as you want the washer.
