Too bad. I HATE the Limited running boards by Toyota. Way too fat and chunky. I would love to find something that looked decent that will hold up.

Regardless of who made the tubes in the opening post, they look better than the POS tubes Gulf States Toyota is installing on some of the 2015 Tacoma's.

To Stifler's point, you can buy them online and install yourself in no time.

I will get some pictures tonight.. the RIG is dirty. To cold to wash it and not going to take it through a automatic..

That's a negative, complete bolt on; no modification or drilling was necessary to bolt onto the 4runner.
From what I have been able to research these steep tubs mimimize the amount of ground clearance given up to put on a set of steep tubes.
Im 250 lbs (power lifter/body builder) and there is no flex wirh these bars with my full weight

I'm not sure if they are the same ones but I have the Westins for over a year and they have been great. They are also a lot cheaper than the ones you have listed.

What dealership (City/State) is that white 4Runner with the tube steps in? Or the MGM with the steps.

Can you also verify that those tube steps are aluminum and not steel?

I have these on my 2015 Trail. I'm in Houston TX. Will verify if the tube is aluminum. But the mounting brackets seems to be steel. They bent a little on one side on one of my offroad trips. I'm actually planning to replace them with sliders.

I have the OEM port installed tube side steps. They work well as a step and do a good job of protecting from door dings. I do like the look of the new predator steps though...

They are OEM Toyota. I have them on mine. Seem to be common on 4runners in the Southern dealers.

Some tube steps may look the same but there's a noticeable gap from the rocker panel and looks awkward for me.

Hi-I have a 17 sr5 and bought GoRhino from Amazon in june of 17 and think they are great. Look neat, easy install, inexpensive, and really look good with my white 4Runner. Only quibble, they fit a bit high which make them look good in my opinion, but if I step on them to enter the truck they seem a bit high. I would not change them however as they look so good, and am happy with the purchase. Bill
