So my dad apparently dating/hanging out with a 25 year old and she is good looking. My dad is 63. I'm not sure if I'm proud or grossed out.

good for dad, bad for you. and unless she is just dumb, there is only one reason she is there and im gonna just guess that dads, not what he once was, so the questions begs asking, how much of an inheritance do you stand to lose?

My dad is not rich by any means, he lives in a mobile home park and drives a 99 Camry. So she definitely isn't gold digging. We really aren't sure what is the deal. I look at it as my dad is a boss and something is wrong with the girl. She is only a few months older than me. It's just weird.

If she's not gold diggin' then be happy for your pops - when I'm 65 I'd love to be tapping a 25 year old! (as long as she's not after my money... a screw it - if she's hot who cares - life expectancy is going down anyways!).

Just got my tax return, and I am getting back more than I ever have thanks to grad school loans. But instead of getting to use that money on my Runner, I have to use it to pay for our wedding...@*#($ &#($)#* @!@* #_$*#!!!!! BS right there!
And I would congratulate your dad...every man needs to experience a crazy woman at least once...and his happens to be 25! At least she won't have the issues a 45 yr old will have.

when my mom died and dad began dating the mother of a HS friend about 6 months afterwards. For me, i feel like im walking a fine between being over protective of my dad and letting him do what makes him happy and not worrying about him.
I'd have a talk with your dad about the situation. Chances are it may not be what it seems or you may suggest him taking some steps to protect himself. Bottom line is talk to him.

Haha, I'm enjoying the responses. Don't get me wrong I'm stoked for my dad and hope I can have those skills when I'm 63. I'm more grossed out by the girl. My dad knows her mom, aunt and dad, so that is where it confuses me. What kind of dad lets her daughter hang out with someone 40 years older than her? My dad's a character though. At any time he will have 2-3 women he's seeing. He's also "seeing" a 40 year old. I really don't have any clue exactly what these relationships entail, but I'm not sure I want to know. Funny thing is he meets all these women at AA, so maybe they transfer their addictive personalities to my dad.

P0420 popped up today. Gonna order up the rear o2 sensor in the AM and hope and pray. I did fill up at a new gas station yesterday - meaning one already open but not in my normal rotation. Idles and runs like the mountain lion she's been since I brought her home though.

the rear O2 wont do anything other than tell you if your cat is working, that code is not being caused buy a faulty O2 dont waste your money on a rear O2 sensor, it wont solve your problem -sorry to be the bad new bear, but i dont want to see you dump the money on a part that one help -especially one that cost $50+

on another note, just had our son tested for allergies today and FML he is allergic to every thing;
trees- boxelder, sycamore, white ash, oak, american beech, american elm, cottonwood, black walnut, birch, white ash rag weed, rye grass just to name a few
most molds
most types of weeds/grass'
now lets just get into the foods... -milk, egg whites, soy, peanuts, wheat, cod, chicken, beef, pork, tun, atomatos, oats, carrots, potatos, bananas.... FML who do you feed a kid who is alergic to milk, eggs, soy, wheat, and meat....

I've read many threads indicating the rear 02 sensor solved the CEL code, but you're telling me it won't? Are you suggesting its a bad cat?:moping:
