Had more than one person tell me that they liked that book, hope you do as well.
Never heard of that brand of headlamp, but I've had it in my Amazon cart forever thinking that it might be an improvement over the one I'm currently using for trail running at night. You'll have to let me know how well it works. No such thing as too many LED lights!
