Official 3rd gen 4Runners on 35's Pic Thread

So it seems that several folks have been upgrading to 35 inch tires lately on their 3rd gen 4Runners. I thought it would be cool to have an "official" 3rd gens on 35's pic thread. After all, what's cooler than a 3rd gen 4Runner on 35's, right?

So post a couple of your favorite pics of your 3rd gen 4Runner on 35" tires. I'll get the ball rolling.

Do you get any rubbing in back? What about up front? Did you cut out some rocker panel to get them to fit? I had to remove about an inch of rocker/fender to get mine to clear, the limited flares hid the modification perfectly tho :) Oh and im running 0 body lift, i'm guessing the 1.5" lift you've got helps out quite a bit.

I'm really surprised that you guys can stand running 35s on stock gears. 33s were bad enough for me and I live in a mostly flat area.

I am actually pretty disappointed that you started this thread Bandit.... 35's have been haunting my mind a lot as of late, and now I have to look at all these provocative photos. This is proving difficult. lol

3rd gens on 35s = WIN

edit: BigRed if you ever find that your gorgeous 100 seems to get all the attention and you need to part ways with your 4Runner, please PM me!

lol Rickashay, i know exactly how u feel... i kept telling myself i should jsut stick with 33s and not go to 35s but lately everyone keeps posting pics of them on 35s and now this thread. Now i find myself puzzled bc i think 35s and 3rd gens looks AMAZING!

lol I know it's terrible! Realistically 33's would probably suit the stuff I do just fine, especially with a nice TC LT setup. BUT, 35's just make you look like a BAUSSS.

What PSI are you guys running at? I just had mine set at 32 PSI. The temperature here is constantly going from 30's to 60's so I figured that would be the best pressure?

alright just got mine on to try them out, from 33/12.5 to 35/12.5. thinking im going to get 35/12.5 mickey tompson baja claw ttc radial. upgrade to trd front and LC coils back. also still trying to work out the 2nd gen tire carrier mod, been so cold and money is quite low.

I'd like to see the list of what people have done to fit them as well. I had a 6" drop bracket lift on my last rig and still had to do a lot of trimming. I'm still rubbing a bit with just 285s and I've trimmed and hammered a lot.... apparently not enough :)

My next is a 1" body lift and more pounding and then throw on a set of 35s my buddy just has sitting in his garage tto see what to do next.

Who all is running wheel spacers and who actually trimmed their A arms? Anyone rubbing against frame in front?
