Official 3rd gen 4Runners on 35's Pic Thread

I want to do 35's once my current tires go bald. where can i find some more details on tubbing the firewall? I was thinking about the possibility of a mid or lt kit from tc would this help with the rubbing issues or create more since it has more travel?

Search. There are tons of builds with step by step. They will all tell you it doesn't matter how high you lift it. Just where the bumpstop stops the tire from going up into body.

97 4runner sr5 3" suspension lift 35/12.5/15s on 15x10 wheels

Cool man! Thank you for picking up a body lift! enjoy it! be sure to check out the install google doc this weekend so you can get everything ready before you go to install it.

hit my up if you have any questions during the install.

I'm really surprised that you guys can stand running 35s on stock gears. 33s were bad enough for me and I live in a mostly flat area.

I added a couple questions to this I thought were important.

- What wheels are you running? Mickey Thompson Classic III 16X8
- What is the backspacing of your wheels? ET0
- Do you rub the frame at full lock? Yes
- What specific tire size and brand are you running? 315/75/16 Goodyear MTR
- Do you rub the UCA at full drop? Nope, toytec/SPC UCA's
- Are you running wheel spacers, if so how big are they? 1inch on the front
- Are you running a body lift, if so how much? No
- Auto or manual, and what R&P gears are you running? Manual, 4.10

Getting the wheels and tires mounted

Bringing it home in my truck. Can you tell i'm a fan of MTR's? haha
