This is an album I uploaded to FB for our group from this year. Since we're a closed group I'm not sure you can get there or not, but I'm not prepared to clutter this thread up with "love my ride" pics. Let me know if you can see it. I belong to a club called ArkLaTex Off Road. We have members from as far away as DFW, Baton Rouge, Arkansas, and several from Houston. I'm in the same boat you are. I have to drive a minimum of 2 hours to get to the nearest fun place I can legally play. Gilmer/Barnwell is 210 miles from me, but I make the trip 3 or 4 times a year. Brazos Valley Off Road Ranch, a privately owned off road park in Bryan/College Station area (Mission Statement). The park is usually open every other Sunday afternoon to public for free, guided runs. I've been there many times (being the only vehicle that's not a jeep:rockon and the dudes who own the park are very nice. They have mild, moderate and extreme trails, great fun!

Thank you. I am interested and would like more info on the group. I'll look them up. I also have a '98 Tacoma lifted lease truck that I can wheel and tow home if necessary. Hehe.....
