Old Guys?

Yeah, I'm an old guy wondering who else here fits the description. I won't draw the line but you can add yourself if you feel it fits. Since I'm 65 I think I qualify.

Anyone else willing to step up and claim the Old Guy title? I have a good idea who some of "us" are on the 4th get side but I won't name names.

Dude, I thought you said old; not ancient! :P

Let's just say I am now legally required to buy health insurance and young enough that I am not lying about my second 30th birthday. :)

Although my joints, back, and neck feel about as old as you CXS. :crutch:

you guys have me beat by a little bit. I feel like i should be closer to your age before I have a full knee replacement but it is happening this year.

Sorry to hear that, were you a runner?

All old football injuries. I have had 8 surgeries on my right knee. It is just worn out now because it has been bone on bone for several years. I would love to put it off longer but it is getting to be a quality of life issue.

53. Lots of broke stuff over the years. Many surgeries including seven on my left foot, ankle and leg. I have and continue to live life to its fullest lol. I'm old but I like to think of myself as a youngster with experience. ..

Oh please ... I've got kids older'n some of you guys. I'll be 73 in January. Still feel good, function well, younger wife don't hurt nuthin' ....

Now, if I could just lose this plantar fasciitis.... oh, and 20 lbs.

The Old Man

Well I guess I must be the oldest so far - I'll be 75 in five weeks.......

I still get my twice monthly dose of wheeling - and once in a while when out on the trail I hike to the top of a moderate peak......

Nice that you still get out! I'm hopeful I will still be wheeling in another 10 years but I honestly doubt this old body will hold out that long though. I'm beginning to feel like I'm coming up to a wall before too long so I'm getting out as often as possible. In reality I'm probably going about it all wrong and should be taking it easier these days to make it longer. :D

73? Damn, no wonder you're so ornery!
Just kidding, please don't hurt me.

I turned 49 a couple weeks ago, but I stay very active and so far I've been lucky in the health dept. Age is just a number, how old would you be if you didn't know when you were born?

well, I am waiting for 62 soon to start Soc Sec.

O.K. I’m a new guy here but I’ll play. I’m 79….will be 80 in January. Pretty good health. I don’t take any medication. Just bought a new SR-5 and I hope to put many miles on it before my demise!
