OME, safe to assume they're alone?

if your gonna put on anything above 2" i would recommend on spending the extra 40 or 50 dollars to buy a diff drop kit. it will lower you diff about an inch. that will reduce the stress on cv joints and boots.

if you havnt already bought a lift kit, there are a few ways to go about doing so.

if you have the money go with www.sonoransteel.com his lift kits a complete with everything and then some.
www.rocky-road.com sells OME complete kit for 649
if you go to www.partznet.com and look for front coils from an 02 toyota tundra and shocks from an 02 tundra w/offroad pkg. and coils and shocks from a 96 landcruiser for the rear. then you can buy a spacer from www.toyteclifts.com or www.rocky-road.com. to complete that lift.
www.toyteclifts.com sells a coil lift for 359.99, but then on top of that you have to buy the shocks. the tokico that they offer are what sonoran steel used to offer. you can get shocks from www.shockwarehouse.com 02 tundra for front and 96 landcruiser for rear.

if you have any other questions let me know. ive been looking into a lift kit like the one sonoran offers for about 8 months now.

I've pm'd you regarding some specifics I hope you can answer on the tundra and land cruiser parts.

I have a 2.5" coil over lift from Fabtech

Did you installed diff. drop? your cv shaft looks straight

No diff drop. that boot is torn but im not sure if it was torn before i took the picture or not...

I'll be ordering the 3" OME kit from Toytec here in the next couple days (as soon as Uncle Sam pays me the money he owes me.) I should have it installed within the next couple weeks and I'll post pics and results. I am also ordering the diff. drop with it to be on the safe side. After searching yotatech a bit I also may be leaving out the top-out spacer for the front. Supposedly makes for about 2.5" in the front and is a little less stressful on the CVs.

OME states that their kits do not need a diff. drop. Wouldn't hurt anything to put it on, but for a 2.5" lift, I wouldn't worry about it. Plenty of people with OME with no diff drop doing just fine.

trdparts4u.com also sells OME kits and they have the cheapest price so far. ~$660 shipped, I think. Here is the set up another member suggested.

Very plush ride and an even lift (~2.5"). This is probably what I will be going with.

That is a great deal! I am going with the OME kit from Toytec for a couple reasons. As of right now I do not really have the money for shocks and mine are fine. I plan to run this kit (hopefully) through the end of the year before having to buy shocks, but I'm going to be putting a little money aside in case they blow out sooner. Also, I like that this kit provides a full 3" of lift (mixed reviews on that but I figure I'll give it a shot).

I put a email in to toytec to find out exactly which springs are included in their kit.
