Once I buy T4R what's first on list of things to replace?

Itching for a new project. In the middle of selling my toyota fj60 and my Tacoma to fund a new house and buy a T4R. Hoping to have a good working garage soon but what things can I change in the meantime without a full garage. I've done many thinks in my parking space such as pull the intake/exhaust manifold on my fj60. What's your recommendation to start with without needing a lift or pulling the tires off? How tuff is the timing belt? Any help would be cool.
