One tire website says dc-2s will fit, one doesn't. Do they?

I have a 1997 toyota 4runner limited. It currently has the stock 16x7 rims on it. Tirebuyer.com says the **** Cepek dc2s (16x8, 6x5.50) won't fit. Tirerack.com say's they will. Will they? They have a -12mm offset. Thanks
