was gonna say i like the pumps (i dont like the kmc rockstars b/c of the huge star on them, not cause the overall style is bad). but the octanes look great on ur TE!

Thanks buddy, I took quite a while to research what I wanted and overall I'm happy with the results. I'm not a big fan of any silver on the rims but I think these look okay with the color of my 4Runner.

How are the tires on road?

I've only driven about 30 miles on them so far and it's been sunny all weekend. But so far they feel great and really grip the road nicely. You obviously feel and hear them more than all terrains but these really aren't too bad at all. I can't wait to get them in some mud and really try them out. I'll also be interested to see how they handle in the rain. At this point I'm very happy with the BFG KM2s.

I'm new to the site and this is just my second post. This site has been a great resource for me so far, so thanks. I'm doing some upgrades to my 2010 Trail Edition. I installed the SW sliders and just purchased the 2.5 OW suspension kit before they went out of business. I'll probably buy either light racing or ICON UCAs this week. Based on the responses to my first post I'll probably go with the BFG KM2s for my tires.

I hate my current wheels and after much research I decided to go with MHT Fuel Offroad Wheels. I'm down to two particular models and wanted to get some thoughts for my silver TE. The one with 5 spokes (on the left) are the Pumps, the one with the 8 spokes (on the right) are the Octanes and the third picture are of the Octanes on a silver 4runner. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the Pumps on any vehicle, which is good and bad. I'm open to other suggestions as well. Quality and design are what's important, not price:

I bought the same wheels for my 2007 Toyota 4Runner but my lugs are too short.
did you have the same problem? what did you do?
