Opinions on getting these tacoma rims!

Set of 4 16" Alloy Toyota Rims

I didnt want to mess with the stock rims in case I sell it, and am wanting a set of black rims.

What do you guys think about the tacoma rims on a 4runner and if they look good painted black? Any input is welcome and pics would be cool too, thanks guys!

There's a few guys on here that have them, they look pretty good, but I like the look of the tundra wheels over those. If you can get a good deal on them go for it.

I don't mind the look of the Tacoma wheel, but personally never been a fan of black wheels.

That being said buy whatever you like.

I sport these trd on my 4runner. they are also light but not sure how light compare the the lc80...if you look in the los angeles section on craiglist. theres one guy selling these with tires in black.

I like those wheels but that's a little heavy IMO. See what he'll do. There is someone here locally selling the same set, with tires for $350.

I like the Tundra/Sequoia wheels the best. I think the Tacoma wheels also look good, but I don't really like either one of those in black. If you want black, I personally prefer the stock 5 stars or an aftermarket wheel like quicksilver or bigfishallday.

If it was me, I would shop around for some(Cheaper) Tundra wheels and/or some FJ Wheels.. Those are the only 2 wheels I like that are OEM which look good on the 3rd gen.

I have these rims on my 4runner, and might i just say, that if the previous owner hadnt put these on, id much rather get a set of Tundra/Sequoia rims like Children of Bodom. those things look so good in a dark charcoal grey. I wouldnt buy these rims if i were you, hold out for a cooler set in my opinion.

I agree. LX 450/LC80, Sequoia, and the 5 star rims look much better than the TRD Offroad Taco rims in my honest opinion.
