Opinions URD MAF Sensor Calibrator PnP

I was wondering what experience folks here have with URD's MAF Sensor Calibrator PnP.
My 2016 4Runner has a TRD CAI, TRD Exhaust, URD Y-Pipe installed. I was curious what those who have tried this device thought of the results?

I installed one after my TRD intake and exhaust was installed. The only thing I noticed was a smoother idle. I noticed no change in power. I no longer have mine on my truck.
