Bought some lower control arm skids during Black Friday. Figured I'd support the little guy.
Because covid/holidays/crazy times 2 week lead time. I reach out a month later and was told he outsources the laser cut pieces and he'd let me know an update as soon as he can.
I reach out again mid Fed to radio silence.....:shrug:

Kind of a bummer, I still wanted them but I guess RCI or Total Chaos from here?

I had the exact same experience with OSG when I tried to order sliders from him.

Paid $200 deposit and then waited 12 weeks with excuse after excuse. Finally I went to his shop and got my deposit back, went directly to CaliRaised and picked up some sliders and had them on my truck a few days later.

I have also tried to buy his rear lower link skids as they should fit with the sliders, but nothing!

I bought sliders from Joe and got lower link skids as a gift for the prolonged wait. But this was before he became 'known'and started getting a lot of work.

Last I saw on his IG, he was no longer taking appointments because he is booked almost till the end of Q3

As khayes79 mentioned, if you cant reach out to him again, get your money back via chargeback (since you don't live in so cal)

This is why you always buy with a Credit Card.

More people need to be like OP. You paid for a product, company isn't communicating or is making lots of excuses, get your money back. There are plenty of companies who have product available.
