Here's my latest project I've been working on. All switches are from OTRATTW.com
Started out by removing the OEM overhead console (I actually bought a spare to do this with) and then removing the sunglasses tray by squeezing the plastic apart and pulling it off the posts that hold it in place.
I daisy chained and soldered my connections to save some space up top, in retrospect, may not have been necessary. All connections are covered in liquid electrical tape to prevent shorts.

I flipped the rockers so that I would have dependent indicators as the lower lights

To get the 6 switch block to stay in place I sued heavy duty velcro. As you will notice, the actual side of the block is too short to fit perfectly in the sunglasses holder, so I used black ABS plastic to shim it out for the velcro. It is basically invisible. It also allowed to to adjust the angle. I epoxied the ABS to the holder and stuck the velcro on it.
and here is what it looks like mounted

I will be running 18G wire to a bussman relay box which I am building at the end of the month.

Wires all color coded with electrical tape, connections heat shrunk and soldered. I was going to use a 6 position harness, but it wouldnt fit as well and was too bulky for the overhead area so I went with insulated disconnects instead.
And the best part?
It still holds my sunglasses which sit on the lip of the switch block, perfect fit!
