Yea, the only thing that will help there is lockers and wheel spin... ATRAC crawl control... will just get in the way This is where you really need mud terrains to get out without some additional assistance. You have to get them spinning fast enough to self clean, but this technique really only works well with with mud terrains. Funny thing about mud is that each type is different (it's always a bit of a roll of the dice). Also try airing way down. On that type of ground it should be safe to go really low to to reduce ground pressure and improve traction. The trailer really adds to the challenge as I'm sure you have figured out.
And I see you learned what happens to max trax when they get in the mud. At least they did not go under... You need straps on them to get them out if they go under.. and a shovel... Only solution I have found to cleaning is water... or a hose and I typically don't want to wast my water that way, so just knock off what you can and strap them down somewhere until you get to a plentiful water source.IH8MUD
