P0031 on 04 4Runner V8 part #?

Hi, CEL came on yesterday. Went to AutoZone who pulled code P0031. O2 sensor Bank 1 sensor1. I found the location via a search on this website. I also read that I should buy a Denso replacement. Does anyone have the part #? I can't seem to find that in my search.
I read here that Amazon has them much cheaper than stealership. The part # I found on Amazon is Denso 234-4138. Is that correct? Thanks

OK. Just wanted to update in case anyone has similar problem. On V8's, the sensors are marked as following: Sensor 1 is pre-cat. Bank 1 is driver's side. Bank 2 his passenger side. I think this is reversed for V6's.
The 2 front (pre-cat) sensors are the same on the V8's. The Toyota part # is 8946560150. I bought mine OEM from Conicelli (Conicelli Partznet | Used dealership in ,) for $121 including shipping. Easiest way to get to it is through wheel well. There is a rubber flap with a bunch of snaps. Unsnap the snaps and flap will rotate out of the way. The little baby is tucked inside there. Hope this helps.

Update.....replaced sensor yesterday. Took about 10 minutes. Unhooked battery to reset CEL. Drove 4Runner for about an hour last night. Light stayed off! BTW, Toyota sensor comes with anti-seize compound on threads.
