P0430, again!! Just changed O2 sensors.

At about 250k that was the message that I had. After reading numerous posts I changed both of the O2 sensors on the drivers side with OE Denso's.

Today at 263k the message came back again... Am I looking at a new converter?

Thoughts??

I had that code pop up at 190k miles, and it ended up being a clogged converter. Dealer wanted $850 for one exhaust manifold without install. So I ended up replacing both with DT long tubes headers, because I figured the other side would need replacing soon also. The headers were almost half the price for both.

So if I'm reading this correctly you are running without the converter? We have emissions testing here and that unfortunately wouldn't be an option for me.

Yes, that is correct....I didn't even think to look or ask where you live. You may not have the same issue as me, it could be the 02 sensor.

If you lived in pa there's a guy that will replace converter for a 130.00 a side,
So try and fine mom and pop muffler shop that deals with after market converters
