P2241 Fix?

I keep getting P2241 O2 sensor positive current control circuit low bank 2 sensor 1. I have tried cleaning the MAP sensor and that didn't help. So is the only thing to do is replace the O2 sensor? I belive this one is before cat on the pass side, correct? Should I just replace the one or all?

It depends on how old they are. If they're new and one was just a fluke, replace one, and if theyre all old and you WANT to, replace all of them. Its up to you. For the location, im not sure.

I don't think they have ever been replaced. So my guess is 160K on them
