P305 injector

I have a p305 code coming and going,I've changed plugs,wires,and swapped coil.
Still happening so I'm going to change #5 injector,I wanted to double check what all parts that are needed beside injector and orings?

This should be helpful. I'd use an OEM injector, nothing else.
