Paint and clear coat problems

Hey ya'll I have an 05 SR5 and the clear coat is stating to flake around my wheel wells and over my entire roof! is there a way to just sand and reshoot some clear over the top or do I have to get a whole new paint job? Thanks!

Good evening,
I had this same problem but worse on my 2006 Limited with the clear coat peeling. My clear coat was coming off on the hood, roof, and rear top section of cargo door. I took it to two different paint and body shops and they said it would have to be stripped down painted and apply new clear coat. I had that done and what a difference it made, but I regret not doing the entire vehicle because now my clear coat is peeling off the sides and mirrors. Hope this was helpful to you.

I have the same color as you. I was afraid that there were no quick fixes. How much did it cost for you to fix your print? im just looking to get a ball park so I can start saving for it.

I had it done three years ago for $1300.00. To have the entire vehicle repainted I was quoted over $3000.00 which I didn't have the funds for at that time.
