Bone stock they day I bought(Feb 2012) with only 47K miles!!:

First mod was to Plasti-dip my grill and wheels (Not a fan of chrome):

I decided since I had so few miles on the factory suspension, that I was going to wait and just do a spacer lift,
so I went with the DS 2.5/1.5:

New tires BFG AT 265/70 R17:

Cut off the resonator:

How she stands today 04/08/13:

True that! I know I rather not have spacers, but we'll see. That's why didn't add them at first.

Looks great Francisco. I want to Plasti-Dip my grille as well. When I tried, however, I realized two of the bolts are seized due to rust, so I'm going to have to mask everything to do it. I like the look of the black wheels on yours too. If you decide to try again, you should consider applying a clear coat over the Plasti-Dip for added durability.

I thought about it, but rather like the mate look. I don't think I'll paint them again, since am strongly considering getting new wheels in a not to distant future!

So I decided to repaint (plasti dip) my wheels. Before all, gave it a good undercarriage power-wash,
to got rid of some of the salt (northeast) and mud from the pine barrens run.....

Also went ahead and cleaned some light rust with a wire brush on my tail pipe, then proceed to paint it with some Rust-Oleum High Heat (mate black).
Seriously thinking about doing it to the entire undercarriage, or at least worst areas with rust.

Paint still fresh (cold weather ) I think came out really good.

Kept the center caps off until next week, Spidertrax spacers on the way!

Got home to a package at the door, Sipdertrax are here!

So I went back to work.....yeah I know, but pictures will explain why!
I work at a Golf Course, and we have every tool you will ever need at our shop.

I couldn't be happier with the results. The only issue is some rubbing backing up while turning,

nothing a bit of trimming or moving fender liner forward wont fix!!

Looks great! My rims offset to act as wheel spacers, and I had to remove my front mud flaps in addition to moving up the fender liners. Just a heads up in case you move the fender liners forward and you still have rubbing.

Cut off the resonator:

How does the resonator delete sound? Been thinking about doing this, mainly because the exhaust gases come back into the truck when the rear window is rolled down. Do you think this will help with that?

No change in sound, mainly did it cause of the exhaust gases ( does help) and didnt like the way is stick out the back....oohh and to get some off road clearance!
