Part number for manual shifter knob?

Does anyone know the part number for the manual transmission shifter knob for my 1998 manual SR5? And/or where to buy a discounted one similar to the original?
Mine has leather but it's fraying/falling apart and all the ones I can find online are plastic cylinder balls. I'd really like to find the oblong/oval looking one.

Mine fell apart and I ordered a machined one from RydelFab. Mine is the the all silver one which I painted black but he offers a black anodized one with the machined silver still in the lettering.
