Do you have one with less miles than this one?

Actually the engine I am getting it from had 135k, but was a core (blown head gasket), since I obviously am not going to take apart this good engine just for a cam sensor.

How much for the rest of the cylinders? Trying to keep it simple with one key for the truck. Toyota doesn't offer any options to do so.

I don't have a complete set, I can't justify taking apart a $300 gate for a lock cylinder.
