Best bang for the buck is the Deckplate mod.
Top three performance mods (no particular order):

How much was the surco rack?

I bought the Surco rack last week from auto anything as they are having sales right now. I got the 4560 which is 45" x 60", and it was just under $300 delivered. Since Im having the runner detailed monday, i dont have it mounted yet so no pics available to post. But from the looks of it put together in my garage i cant wait to get it up on the roof.

Lets see first thing I did was change-out the Stereo system, then Rims and Tires, waited for my first oil change to do engine work, still have some work to do though
Alpine Deck(CDA-9886) and AMP's (PDX-1.600 and PDX-4.150)
Speakers (SPX-17PRO in the front and SPS-500 in the back)
Subs (2) (12" MTX Thunders)
Rear Seat Entertainment Package (PKG-RSE2)
Blue Tooth Interface Module (KCE-350BT)
Headers Toyota TRD (PTR10-89990-07)
Transmission Cooler Toyota TRD (PTR26-89950)
Cold Air Intake K&N (K33779015KP)
Sway Bars Addco
ECU E.L. Prototypes
TRD Supercharger
Spark Plugs NGK Iridium IX Spark Plug
Spark Plug Wires NGK
RedLine 10w30 oil
