I love that sound man, I was wondering if you know the part number? Is it 2.5" ? And did you get center in offset out or something different ? Also how long is the muffler. Thanks a lot man.

Love those pics Bryan! We were talking about that snow storm yesterday and I was wondering if any of the east coast guys were gonna post pics. I love the pic of the snow covered civic hahaha looks like you guys got 2 months of snow in one night!

So I met up with the fabricator who is doing the bulk of the heavy stuff to do some measurements and such and we decided to change up the plans a bit. The biggest change is that I'll be running 35's instead of 37's in the interest of keeping the truck LOW. Speaking of keeping it low, we decided to go with the 10" travel shocks as well, with 4" up-travel and 6" down so it'll be very road-friendly.
Lift over the current stance will only be 2.5!! Frame height will be slightly under 22 inches! So stoked!

I'm hoping the end of March so I have a month of serious testing before the Denver road trip, but knowing a project of this scope I might not make the trip in the beginning of May :moping:

More text than pictures lately, sorry about that guys...I'll make it up when the SAS actually starts.
So, just got off the phone with Poly Performance :frog:
After speaking with him and crunching some numbers we went with the Fox 2.5 Remote Reservoir, 10" travel, standard valving with 10" 250lb over 12" 350lb springs. No need for tender springs at the height I'm going so just dual-rates.
Like I said, 4" up-travel and 6" down-travel. Frame height around 22". Total lift over stock only about 5-6" which is optimal.
All that's left to order is the tires and a few little things. BFG's and Toyo's are closer in price for the 35x12.50R17 flavor so I'm throwing around both options...might just go for the Open Country's.
Well that's all the news I have for today...if you have some personal experience with both tires (or just the Toyos) please write me a quick review below :driving:

Hell yes! OME 851's also got delivered yesterday so on Tuesday I'll be installing those and these tires. Gonna put these tires on the FJ wheels for now until I repair and repaint my Sequoia wheels. Wait till you guys see what I have in store for my Version 2.0 Sequoias!

Picked up my rebuilt 3rd Member on Wednesday with the 4.88's
Coilovers showed up on Friday, these things are BEEFY!
Springs should be showing up today.
Tossing in the 851's and mounting the MTR's tomorrow.
NEXT Wednesday I'll be heading back over my friend Mike's to put the front axle back together and weld on the armor.
