PIAA 520 Installation Complete! (Picture Review)

Ok thanks to everyone on my other thread i was able to finish my installation of my PIAA 520s today! I decided to make this thread separate to share the results with everyone else. My old thread (http://www.toyota-4runner.org/4th-gen-t4rs/104753-im-going-install-some-piaa-lights-need-your-help.html) has questions about installation if anyone is interested.

So far i think they look great! Took me about 5 hours to install then i quickly aimed them at a brick wall to adjust a bit above the low beam level. Below are pics of just the lights:

...and here is a shot of just the low beams and the second picture below shows low beams plus the PIAAs. I know the beams aren't 100% aligned but you get the idea. (both pictures were taken with a DSLR Nikon at the same settings for each picture) I think the lights need to be aimed higher but for now i'm just happy i got them on! Let me know what you guys think!

glad we could help. You can get a carling switch that matches the blanks in the dash if you want to upgrade switches down the road.

Oh thanks! I like the look of that switch too. I actually took the runner into the dealership today and got some compliments and questions about the lights...it's all thanks to you guys!

Thanks! I currently have it on the piaa switch that came with the kit and have it stuffed in one of the dash button spaces so there are gaps around it. For now it's ok, but i'm gonna get a switch that fits properly soon...

Thanks! I literally just got back from a road trip out to southern colorado. First time my runner has ever seen real snow! The piaas were awesome out there on those super dark roads. Also i see in your thumbnail you have a roof rack with lights. What kind of rack is that? and what switch do you use?

I've always liked PIAA products, but in comparision for the money, upgrading the headlights projectors to bi-xenon was the best lighting output upgrade I've ever done. The 520's where my favorite, but the beam width using a good projector achieves a much wider and farther pattern than the PIAA fogs I had. I'm actually impressed.
