Picked up my 4runner

Welcome aboard, I picked up 06 V6 SR5 4WD 2 months ago and love driving that thing. It's so smooth on the road, but you know it wants to go off-road. It's surprising you didn't get a spoiler, usually they pair it up with the wheels. How's your gas mileage - mine still sucks with 2500 miles (just changed to synthetic) I still get about 15 MPG city with a little highway. Enjoy your new rig...
 
Congrats on the new 4Runner. BTW, you might want to change your sig info to 06.

As for the roofrack, those are installed when they reach the dealer, they probably just left it off. Mine was delivered to me missing one of the adjustment knobs and they replaced it.

I'll be adding the spoiler within a few weeks, I couldn't get it added before I picked it up since it was so late at night when we made the deal. I'm getting about 18 MPG so far.

Oops, thanks for the heads up. :arrow: I don't know what I was thinking there......
 
Missing Rack Cap

Mine wasn't missing when I picked it up, but it was loose. The first time I was washing it after I had it about a week I noticed it was loose and could move around quite a bit. After inspecting it a bit I found I just needed to snap it down and it was good to go. Other than it and having to vasoline up the rear seat clips to stop the occasional squeak it has been great.
