Pics of the OEM Heated Seat switches?

I think they are different based on the trim. Can you be more specific in what you are asking for?

Hmm... I didn't think they were different. From what I remember the OEM has a wheel type switch and the dealer installed options tend to have a small round rocker switch. I guess I'm looking for the switches from the Limited with the scroll wheel. Also, for those with the Lt, does the intensity indicator (not sure what else to call it) glow green when powered?

Oh poop. My bad. I missed that part.
Looks like another poster posted one above. With the power on, that indicator light just turns orange/amber.

They are different as shown below...The first picture is that of a limited and as I thought the trail or SR5 (i forgot which one I saw it in) had a different button. For mine, the LE, yes the light comes on instantly.

ONLY the LE & SR5 have factory leather (option on the SR5). The 'switch/dial' is the SAME on both. If you see a different switch it is NOT factory installed. A dealer may take out cloth and install their own leather and add heating to it, but it is NOT factory and likely will NOT have the factory switch/dial.

I guess you could always try to crack open the switch and swap out the green LED for an orange one if it bothers you? Or just put it on the side of the seat like that other pic posted above, can't be annoyed at what you can't see right?
The problem I see with getting the factory rocker switches is trying to get the mating pig tails....I would imagine you might need to buy the entire harness from the dealer which is probably not cheap? And I don't know about you but it would bother me to no end not having the proper factory connectors even though you will never see it.
I did this once a long time ago with a factory fog light switch by soldering directly to the pins and then just wrapping it with tape. It got the job done but boy was it ugly.

Changing the LED isn't a bad idea. I emailed them to see if they can get the switches with the correct lighting. The kit I'm looking at comes with it's own wiring harness and pretty much everything needed to wire it. It won't be factory of course but it will be less than $100 too.
They sell the kits with the same rocker switches above and they actually match better but I like the idea of using the factory-looking switch better. I may also consider just mounting the rocker switch to the blanks. I imagine that wouldn't look too awful. I'll let you guys know what they say.

but the OP posted pics of exactly what you are thinking about...mounting it to the blanks. Looks like it's the perfect size if you ask me. The only thing that could possibly look better is the OEM switch.
