Pilot rock trail run Sunday 1/25/15

Do you have atrac? Either way there at 2WD bypass roads through most of the stuff out there.

I don't think I have A-trac, at least I don't see a button for it. If there's bypass roads, I'm down to go, just need to check my work schedule.

Pilot Rock is a fun and decent trail, a lot like Cleghorn on the hard offshoots. I think there is only one that is super tough which is because it has some big rocks at the bottom of the climb. The rest you should be able to do if you've done Cleghorn.

I haven't done Cleghorn before... Only trail I've been on is Road to Rincon, which is mainly just driving on dirt to a campsite.

I`m still stock and not ready to look like a real off-roader yet.

Will it be possible to go on this run but stay on the main trail and watch the good sections when others do them or will we need to stay together??

You'll be good. You'd be surprised what a stock 4rnr can do.

I'm in. [MENTION=85467]BobsTrail[/MENTION] it's pretty much like cleghorn. Go around it and meet on the other side/end of the shoot. Except for I think 2n17x. Not real sure on that one.

Yes, the only climbs are the offshoots, the main trail is just a plain jane fire road

I'm not surprised on what a stock 4R can do based on what I've read and seen on YouTube. Its a very capable car, but as a newbie to the off-roading world, the limiting factor would be me. I'm down to go (if my stupid work schedule would post on time...), but if it gets too crazy, I think I'll stick to the easy route.

There is no shame on sticking to the main trail. As long as you get to offroad. Enjoy the outdoors with a bunch of other members and to see what it's like. Have fun, Come join in on the fun.

That's awesome, now you can hit the harder trails.

It takes a couple days for the rattle can bed liner to harden, plus all the prep work. You might as well use them bare metal for the day. It's really important to take your time and prep it properly before the first layer of primer goes on.

But my bilsteins are lagging coming in
If i made cleghorn stock i should be alright
Still not 100 percent sure tho
