Pink Coolant Rad Ratio - 50/50?

I last flushed my radiator in 2014 and figured it's time again.
I bought a gallon of the pink and can't remember the ratio.
I think it's 50/50 but that's why I'm asking.
Did (do) I need more than a gallon?

If you have to mix, the bottle should say it on the label. Usually it is 50/50, but its best to check what the actual bottle says.

If you bought the pink from Toyota, it should be prediluted, or at least the one I got was.

If you got the Toyota SLLC it's 50/50 and I needed about 2.5 jugs for my V6.

I couldn't find any "pink" Asian formula coolant that was pure anti-freeze, AND I looked very hard, all of it even from Toyota is already mixed 50/50, so you will definitely need more than a gallon.

The coolant capacity if you drain the block as well as the radiator is as follows...

V6 10.4 quarts

V8 13 quarts

This info is in your owner's manual under "Specifications".

If you drain the block, the passenger side is fairly easy to get at, on the v6.
The driver side is a straight up pain in the butt to get at and not hardly worth the 1/3 cup that comes out after draining the passenger side.
Makes alot less mess draining the passenger side too, if you plan to pull t-stat, hoses or anything on the front of the engine.

Sort of off topic, but check with the parts department at your local dealership. My local dealership charged me $20 per gallon vs. $25-$30 per gallon from the cheapest place online.

On the V6, with a long extension, gimbal, and 10mm socket you will get the driver's side block drains w/out much difficulty

Yeah I used wobble extensions, like a 10 and 6 inch and had zero issues. It is in a sucky place though.

All i was saying is its not worth the trouble for 1/3 cup that comes out the driver side.:gun4:

I was just doing a water pump.
Worst part so far was messing with that worthless driverside drain.
Blood and profanities on my end.
