Did you have this installed in your 08 and , if so,did you have any problems? I put a 1808 in my 08 Sport and the check engine and vsc lights came on and stayed on until I put the old hu back in.A dealer tech told me it was because my old hu had the sound control.

I am searching to see if I can somehow use this with my factory JBL system. If so, I will buy it tonight. Any idea, most signs are pointing to no?

imdav2u- I had no issues what so ever, I think they are wrong about what they told you, I've never heard of anything like that. It plugs right in to exisitng plugs.

mojoe- I doubt it, but i'm not sure, let me know what you find out.

After reading 15+ threads on multiple forums shows it will not work. My only cost effective solution is an aftermarket HU with steering wheels control and JBL amp adapters.
