Play in front left wheel

Hey all! I bought a 2009 Gen4 4x4 LTD in Chile. I hear squeaking when I drive on cobblestone streets. I raised her up, and the front left wheel has play when you put your hands on the tire at 9-o'clock and 3-o'clock and wiggle horizontally. I'm returning to the states (where I can find parts at a much lower price), and want to know what parts I should buy. If you can also include a diagram of the front suspension, and where to get the parts, even better!

FYI, I'll be installing a Pioneer AVH-8400BT in a few weeks, and will include images and feedback. Thanks all.

Normally play at 9 and 3 means a worn out tie rod end. Could be inner or outer, no way of knowing without sticking your head in the wheel well and looking.

How many miles on it? Seems pretty new to already have a worn out tie rod end, those cobblestone roads must be hard on equipment.

It has 100,000 kilometers (60K Mi)... So I would likely order an inner tie rod, and an outer tie rod? I might as well buy for both sides...

Whether you change both or not is up to you, if you'll feel more comfortable and not worried about spending the money go for it, otherwise it's perfectly acceptable to only replace the worn out ones.

Just make sure that's where the play is coming from maybe have someone look at it before spending the money. My 4runner has 230,000kms on it and all tie rod ends are original and tight as a nun, same as my mother's 2005 Corolla with over 400k kms.
