I need help identifying what kind of lift and what size tires are on these 4runners. I want the same setup but dont know what it is..Idk whos runners these are but im sure someone on here does and knows...please help !!

Pretty sure there tundra coils in the front, with 3/4 spacers and landcruiser coils in the rear. Used to be 891's if I remember correct. Tires I beleive are 285/75-16 in lexus Lx450 wheels.
