Plug ID Help

Hi guys, got a couple of silly questions. In the attached photo you'll see a couple of plugs located behind the driver's side kick panel. What are these plugs?...and, what would the two clamp-on connectors be for? I bought the 4runner used, and I don't know if these connectors are factory or may have been added to power something. Thanks in advance!

The top/bottom relay (with the wire taps) are for relaying power the LH door.
The taps are not factory. As mentioned above, wire taps are for an aftermarket alarm to trigger the door locks.
Red/White = door lock
Red/Yellow = door unlock

Thank you guys!! I thought that it may have been for an aftermarket add on, just wasn't sure what it was tapped into. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out!
