Just a few days ago, I recorded this video.

- Not my place of residence

- Not my landlord

- I was just there and took a video

I'm guessing they went the cheap route when the place was built and you have to shut off many units to shut off one. The fee is to keep shutoffs to a minimum.

Just thought I'd conclude...

It's been a few months now. I've gotten around 15 offers for the video. [FONT=&quot]RightThisMinute[/FONT] wants to use it in their show. Companies include: JukinMedia, ViralHog, Break/Defy, viralvideouk, Newsflare, and Media Drum World...

I never accepted any offers, but have so far gotten some money from Google adsense/YouTube. Frankly, I don't much care for viral video based companies. That show, RightThisMinute, only wants to use it on their show, not take over the rights on the video, so maybe I might do that. Still haven't decided for sure.

The video, over all platforms within the last 3 months, has gathered over 1.2 million views, which alone is a nice success for me. Liveleak has nearly 600k views. The Worldstar version (which I asked to be removed since it wasn't posted by me) had 450k before being taken down. The YouTube version appears to have taken over as the main method of viewing, it has 230k views now.

Hahahaha. this was awesome. was someone trying to shut the water off?? Seems like an insane amount of water pressure. As soon as I saw the pressure coming out of that line I would be trying to shut it off, might be able to swing it with the water on at a lower pressure, but not like that.

I was not there but watching the video, I think they were trying to replace a faucet. Hot side angle stop was either removed or broke while line was still under pressure. As a plumber I got a kick out of this. It's videos like this that help me help my customers see what can go wrong when you don't know what you're doing or are going a cheap route. Sux for tenant tho

That's some amazing high pressure, especially for an apartment. For the life of me, I don't know why this guy didn't shut off the water first.

Reminds me of the time when my wife and I were just starting out and we had this crappy apartment in the city. Thought we were pretty lucky to have found one with a washer and dryer too. One night I put some clothes in the washer, turned it on and laid down in bed only to fall asleep minutes later. In the middle of the night I thought I heard something hit our window but didn't see anything when I looked outside and fell back asleep. A while later I hear two men jiggle the lock and bust inside. Grabbed my bat and ran down the hall ready to smash some heads in when the one starts yelling "STOP! WE'RE FROM MAINTENANCE! YOUR APARTMENT IS FLOODING!" It was then that I realized I was standing in about 2" of water. A valve on the washer had broke and flooded the whole damn place and the downstairs neighbors while we were sleeping. It took me and the maintenance guys the rest of the night to suck up all the water. Funny thing is, my wife slept through almost the whole event.

I also consider that it’s not bad if a man knows the skills of a plumber, especially in a pandemic situation as we have... For example, I appealed for a plumber last week and I had some doubts...the particular reason for the circumstances is that finding a professional one that you can afford to pay and make sure it will worth it is hard. Thank God I Find this site
