Poll: SCS F5 wheel color

My next upgrade for the 4Runner is going to be a set of SCS F5 wheels in the new 3.5" backspacing. I have a desert dune limited, so I have the silver cladding. I'm torn between two colors: matte black and matte gunmetal. Any input would be appreciated as to which would look the best with my paint scheme. Thanks!

My vote is matte black. I think that with your already two-tone paint scheme, adding gunmetal to the mix would make too many shades. If your cladding was color matched desert dune then I think gunmetal would look good.

I went with Matte black. Vin at SCS is a great guy to work with. Get a set of the black lugs from Vin. They finish it.

Well, I just placed my order! Matte black in 3.5" backspacing with some of their black chrome lugs to match. I can't wait for them to get here and mount them up!

I referenced another one of my favorite builds (aside from yours) on here from [MENTION=61765]hungwin jza80[/MENTION] since he also has a wheel that is 16x8 with a 3.5" backspacing and -25 offset, and it gave me a good idea of what it will look like. I think it will look great! On a side note, I also took full advantage of the Toytec sale currently going on and just placed an order for the ultimate kit w/ superflex rear springs and a 1 inch body lift. The 4Runner is going under a pretty significant transformation in the near future, and it is much overdo!
