Poll: To Air Down, or Not to Air Down, and WHY

Viair is a decent brand. I've been using a little baby Viair 90p for a couple years now to fill my tires and it holds up, so I imagine the 300C should do you well.

Check the reviews on that 88p that Yotadan mentioned, though. Faster, stronger, and cheaper than my 90p, hard to go wrong there if it's really that good.

I really wanted to used that for my OBA setup, [MENTION=72341]NJshadow93[/MENTION] has the 88p and likes it. Its probably better than the masterflow one that I have, but the masterflow was more conducive to hard mounting

I can't decide between the 88p and the 300P price isn't really an issue I just don't know if I want to hard mount or not

i looked at the 88p but it doesn't have standard fittings for plumbing a tank. I mean you could hard mount it and just run the compressor btu theres not much of a point, you still have to pop the hood and hood it up. I suppose if you find an NPT adapter for the end of the air line you could make some type of fitting at the end and mount it at the bumper. that's what I was going to do originally, minus the tank. then i thought i may want air horns one day...

The 88P is not meant for a hard-mounting. If you are looking for a hard-mounted on-board air system, then the Quarter Duty or Medium Duty systems with a tank are where to start.
