Has anyone come across any decent Labor Day deals on a good portable fridge/freezer? I had my eye on the ARB 50 quart and the Engel MR040. Too bad I missed out on the ARB group buy last month.

Just picked up a Whynter 45 Quart (same as edgestar) Off Amazon for $411 plus tax, free shipping.
I think the price bumped back up to 500 a day or two later though.

I just added ARB and Edgestar fridges to my wishlist and watched pricing until I saw a deal.
I know the ARB is probably a better fridge, but I am gonna try this Whynter out. It gets pretty good feed back over on expo and I figure I can always upgrade and turn it into a beer overflow in the garage.

Not a fridge but for the last couple years I've had an Engel 123 because it fits perfectly between the wheel wells on my 5th gen and opens in situ with the 2nd row seats up (I don't have 3rd row). Ice lasts forever and buckles are easy to use. It's my camping "fridge" and no worries about power. Plus you always have ice for drinks! :cheers: I do like my G&Ts.
