Reputable Shops in the Portland Area
You often times read about a lot of grief from mechanics or shops doing maintenance on your rig only to find out they screwed it up. I've always been a firm believer in doing as much of the maintenance yourself if time and capability permits. That being said I also believe in taking the time to find the right guys to do the work for you if you don't have the time or capability. I've had some GREAT experiences with following businesses here in Portland and have no problem recommending them to you guys.
Broadway Toyota
I only have Chris Jette (master tech) touch any of my cars. Even for an oil change. He has done my oil changes and drain and fills for years on all my Toyotas. He also installed my diffs from ECGS.
Teona is my service writer. Solid and has a good understanding of what I want done. She knows I always bring my own oil and filter etc. Great person to work with.

These guys are swamped with lifts everyday!! They welded on my sliders and did my front tint. Did an awesome job. Quality crew there. Very reasonable. Highly recommended

There's a reason why they have 5 stars on every link. They were the only ones willing to do my trd header installation. He wouldn't let just anybody do it. He had one guy in particular that he wanted to do the job and when he was busy he called me to let me know he was waiting for him to be free. Fantastic installation. Here's some contact info. Darrel's Muffler
When the headers were installed, Kory had my rig transported to Darrel's on a flatbed for the rest of the install. There were some mods that needed to be made to both the up and down stream cats to get them to mate up with the headers and cat back. They did a super job and were very reasonable for the great job they did. My buddy used to be sponsored by them when he raced at PIR. The guy that did the work is George.
